1. Description of the Service

DecorAI is an AI home design app and AI interior design app that lets users upload room photos and generate personalized interior concepts, furniture inspiration, decor ideas, interior styles, and before-and-after room makeovers. DecorAI produces AI-generated visual concepts intended for inspiration and early-stage planning only. DecorAI does not provide construction-ready plans, engineering drawings, or exact measurement guarantees, and does not replace the advice of a licensed architect, contractor, or interior designer for structural, electrical, plumbing, or permit-related work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account and Content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. When you upload a room photo or other content to DecorAI, you retain ownership of that content, but you grant us a limited, worldwide license to process, store, and transmit it — including to third-party AI image-generation providers — solely to provide and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the right to upload any photo you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos or content that are unlawful, infringing, or depict individuals without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute misleading, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Use automated means to scrape or excessively query the Service outside normal use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of DecorAI may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Free access, trial availability, generation limits, and pricing may vary by platform and can change over time — always check the current listing on the App Store, Google Play, or the DecorAI Web App for accurate, up-to-date terms. Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms’ own terms and refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and the DecorAI name and logo, is owned by DecorAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to use the Service, these Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

7. AI-Generated Output

Room designs, furniture suggestions, and decor concepts generated by DecorAI are produced by AI models and are provided as visual inspiration only. Generated furniture, materials, dimensions, and layouts may not precisely match real products or your actual room. You are solely responsible for verifying measurements, materials, and feasibility before making any purchasing or renovation decisions based on generated output.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED ROOM DESIGNS WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PROJECT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECORAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, INCLUDING ANY RENOVATION, PURCHASING, OR DESIGN DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THAT OUTPUT.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DecorAI’s operating company is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
